If you know me, you know I love to garden. My injury has slowed me down, physically and mentally, but I have been working through it, and slowly but surely I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I am truly thankful for everyone that has helped me, checked in on me, or has wished me well.
The good thing is it is still early in the season and I have time to plant more and make it happen this year. It may not be the biggest garden I'll ever have, but it'll be something.
These are pictures of some baby peaches and nectarines. Just transplanted some pumpkins today, I have tomatoes started, some herbs, lettuce, and radishes. I hope to have some peppers but those I may need to buy already started at this point in the year.
Funny how a road block in life, can actually make you appreciate everything you have and make you want to do more. I had the same feeling after my spinal surgery 5 years ago, so perhaps this can have an even more profound effect. πͺ
