🐾 Unexpected Visitor at the Remax Best Office Yesterday!! 🐾
Real estate comes with plenty of surprises, but today's visitor might be my favorite yet! This curious little groundhog stopped by the office, stood up like he owned the place, and seemed ready to ask about the local housing market. 🏡😂
I guess even the wildlife knows it's a great place to be!

On the way to a showing appointment today, I came across this incredible burst of color along a quiet country road.
