Thanks to my sweet client that I sold a house to a couple years ago in Running Springs for the referral! She told her kids they had to use me too when looking in San Diego, knowing that I would fight hard for them!😊 So off we went and we had fun! Lots of offers in just a few days on most of the properties. The first home had 10+ offers on it, but just went too far over asking and we didn’t want to go that high… but the second one was “the one”! So we got creative with our offer and I was able to beat out several other offers for my clients. Had a very smooth escrow and met a couple of cool agents and a home inspector (thx for referrals form my agent friends in SD) along the way! My clients are over the moon happy with their new home! 🥰 Love happy endings!
