Lake Balboa Vista Apartments are excited to join the neighborhood! If approved, we propose landscaping the entire median along Balboa Blvd. from Saticoy to Stagg. At no cost to local taxpayers. We would absolutely appreciate feedback from the community as to what gets planted in that area. What do you think should be planted in the median?

We hear you loud and clear! Parking is a major concern in the community and we want to be great neighbors. That is why the Lake Balboa Vista Apartments will have more parking spots than units for a total of 186 spaces! We are also providing 191 bicycle parking spaces for residents!

Lake Balboa Vista Apartments is committed to being a part of a sustainable and livable community for all, which is why 50% of units will be voluntarily rent-restricted so they can be affordable for qualified working families in our neighborhood. And we have heard the valid concern, “how do we know this is guaranteed?” Well, a covenant will be recorded with the county requiring we keep all of those units as rent-restricted for at least 30 years!

We keep hearing over and over again, “Will the building allow pets?” We are so excited to welcome our future residents and their furry friends! And, as part of the property improvements, there will be a dog run for both apartment residents and mobile home park residents.
