Well, it’s been 5 years since and I married each other. Shannon has taught me so much about the qualities and virtues in life that truly matter. She is a grounded, wonderful, hilarious, intelligent, artistic savant. Strong, kind, patient. Forgiving. She is truly, truly a gem. Honestly, there’s no way I could’ve married someone like me. I am: never satisfied, entrepreneurial, a little insane, and someone who wants to push the limits every time I find a border. I cant live without uncertainty. If I get too comfortable, I reset the game board just for the sake of doing it. I may have some great things about me or whatever, but I am truly an exhausting individual 😊. When someone like Shannon marries someone like me, you’re nudged forward to endure hardship, grow, and take on new challenges. Our loving union, our partnership as investors, our relationship as friends…is the one thing in my life I am eternally committed to. Another one SOLD! 🏠

I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve successfully closed another deal! This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible effort from myself and amazing friends who helped bring this project to life and into the hands of a happy buyer.

I’m especially excited for these new homeowners. They now own a beautiful house with brand new features on a spacious half-acre city lot. They were able to purchase at a time when prices were starting to compress, making it a perfect opportunity for house flippers like myself to make a deal!

As I continue this exciting journey as a real estate entrepreneur in what I believe is the best time in history to sell real estate 🤓, I’m now on the lookout for commercial value-add deals!
