We participated in an in-person Paragon Connect Training hosted at the Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS Training Center and led by Michelle Phillips.

The training explored several of Paragon Connect's newest capabilities, including updated dashboard widgets, 3D aerial flyover maps, enhanced client collaboration features, and reverse prospecting tools. As technology continues to transform the real estate industry, staying current with these resources helps us work more efficiently and better support the homeowners and communities we serve.

We're grateful to the Southwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS and Michelle Phillips for providing valuable education that encourages professional growth and innovation. Investing in learning today helps us deliver an even better experience tomorrow.

The new legislation takes effect on August 1, 2026, making it an important topic for real estate professionals and investors across the state.

Events like these provide valuable opportunities to stay current on industry updates, learn from experienced professionals, and engage in meaningful conversations about how legislative changes may impact the local real estate market.

Yesterday I had the privilege of attending "What Really Moves Rates?" presented by Revolution Mortgage at the Southwest Louisiana Realtor Association office, alongside my fellow members of the Women's Council of Realtors.

As your Lake Charles realtor, staying sharp on what's driving the market isn't optional — it's how I make sure my buyers and sellers have the best information when making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
