It's time for another Staff Spotlight! Today we're celebrating our Escrow Officer, Alexis Clark:
Lexi’s career in the real estate title industry began when an entry-level position fell into her lap, and what started as an unexpected opportunity quickly became a place where she found both purpose and lasting connections. Her coworkers describe her as supportive, considerate, optimistic, playful, and kind – in return, Lexi says her coworkers are her favorite part of her job!
Lexi plays an important role behind the scenes through steady coordination and thoughtful follow-through with all parties involved in each file. Known for her ability to read the room and adjust accordingly, she brings a calm, intuitive presence that helps keep transactions moving smoothly.
Lexi and her husband Khoury have one daughter, Caroline, and are thrilled to be welcoming another daughter very soon! Outside of work and mom mode, Lexi loves hosting friends and family (specifically around Christmas and Easter), and creating spaces where people feel welcome and at home.
We’re so grateful for the warmth, positivity, and steady support she brings to our team each day!

We’re so excited about another week of our new social media series, where we shine a spotlight on the team that makes the magic happen every day at Reliant.

Today’s Staff Spotlight is on our Assistant Escrow Officer, Notary Public, and Marketing Representative, Natalie Ross:
Natalie discovered her path into the real estate title world in 2022 while in college, unsure of what career to pursue, but knowing she wanted a role where she could connect with people and make a meaningful impact. An online job posting facilitated her entry into the industry, and she’s been thriving ever since!
Behind the scenes, Natalie is invaluable in multiple areas at Reliant, from marketing and community involvement, to working alongside the file team, and serving as a notary public for closings. She says her favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement on homebuyers’ faces when they finally reach the closing table — a moment made possible by collaboration with her coworkers, who she says are essential to every successful closing.
Outside of work, Natalie is a morning person who enjoys needlepoint, podcasts, reading, nurturing her faith, spending time with her boyfriend, Kelly, and connecting with family and friends. Her coworkers describe her as vibrant, confident, ambitious, versatile, and enthusiastic.
We’re so grateful for the thoughtfulness, precision, and heart she brings to our team every day!

Welcome to SWLA!! 🎉

✨Today we handed over the keys to this sweet family who officially get to call Southwest Louisiana home! Their journey brought them from the east side of the state due to a work relocation, and I’m so grateful our paths crossed along the way.

What started as a client relationship quickly turned into so much more. These folks have truly become friends, and it has been such a joy helping them find the perfect place to start this next chapter. I have no doubt this home will soon be filled with laughter, milestones, and memories that last a lifetime.
