What a wonderful way to start off the week!?!?! Happy Closing Day 🥳‼
This couple found us after having a deal fall apart on them and they lost out on buying a home. After working with us for a few months, it didn't take us long to find the one for them. We had a few items to work through once we went under contract so a huge shout out to Danette McManus, Realtor for working with us to get everyone to the closing table. When we did the walk through the home before closing, they kept asking me if this was really going to be their home!! It is so truly rewarding doing what we do!!
