As we wrap up the semester, just a few quick (important!) reminders:

💰 Housing Balances
All housing balances are due in full by May 1.
Please check your AppFolio Resident Portal and notify the Housing Office of any discrepancies.

Balances are considered a debt to the university and must be cleared to remain in good standing.

📦 Move-Out Dates

You should be 100% out of your room and have keys/tap card returned to the Housing Office 24 hours after your last final.

Graduating seniors: 24 hours after commencement

DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE ROOM OR WITH A FRIEND/RA

🌿 Garden Apartments Residents
If you do not plan to stay for the summer, you must notify our office.
Any resident occupying an apartment past the allotted move-out time will be charged for the full summer term.

Spaces are filling quickly, so please review the updates below:

🏠 Current Residents
If you requested a renewal but have not received it, or if you still need to renew, please email us immediately at [email protected].

⏰ Housing Agreement Deadline
If you have received a renewal agreement but have not yet signed, you must sign it by 4:00 PM on Friday, March 13.

After that time, unsigned Housing Agreements will be canceled and the space will be offered to the next applicant on our waitlist.
