The countdown is on! Room assignments and roommate information will be emailed during the first two weeks of July, so keep an eye on your inbox. 📧

👀 If your friends receive their email before you do, don’t panic! Be sure to check your spam/junk folder first—it happens more often than you think.

Still need on-campus housing? Good news! While we currently have an extensive waitlist, you can still submit an application to be added to it. As spaces become available, we’ll work through the list in order.

🎓 McNeese Housing Reminders 💙💛

As we wrap up the semester, just a few quick (important!) reminders:

💰 Housing Balances
All housing balances are due in full by May 1.
Please check your AppFolio Resident Portal and notify the Housing Office of any discrepancies.

Balances are considered a debt to the university and must be cleared to remain in good standing.

📦 Move-Out Dates

You should be 100% out of your room and have keys/tap card returned to the Housing Office 24 hours after your last final.

Graduating seniors: 24 hours after commencement

DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE ROOM OR WITH A FRIEND/RA

🌿 Garden Apartments Residents
If you do not plan to stay for the summer, you must notify our office.
Any resident occupying an apartment past the allotted move-out time will be charged for the full summer term.
