I got ripped to shreds today on a Google review. I have to admit, it stung. No one likes to have shortcomings or failures pointed out. The review's pertinent point of timeliness is not inaccurate. There is nothing wrong with that, and I do take full ownership, but personal attacks are just not necessary. This is a friendly reminder that it is easy to be both truthful in your reviews and also kind. Anyone who knows me knows that I bend over backward for my clients and customers, my peers and my colleagues. I take pride in going the extra mile and doing the extra research. I take on the hard assignments because, well, someone has to do it, and I am willing. Things happen unexpectedly. We do our best to overcome and sometimes still come up short. Here's to 2026 and hopefully a year of exceptional service and enough good reviews to offset the one today! :) My plan is to keep educating and informing the public so everyone can "Know Your Value" and will only be better from here.
