Today is International Family Day 🤍

And if there’s one thing I’ve been reminded of lately, it’s how much the little moments at home really mean.

The slow mornings, the messes, the noise, the routines that don’t always feel exciting but somehow become the memories you hold onto the most.

Home isn’t just a place, it’s where your life happens.

Feeling extra grateful for this season with my family, even in the middle of the chaos 🫶
Moments like these are why I love what I do 🤍 helping people find a place to call home.

What’s something about your home now that you didn’t realize would matter so much when you first moved in?

It could be something small, something funny, or something you wish you would’ve thought about beforehand 👀

Mine is our front porch. I always wanted a porch to put a swing and rocking chairs on the be able to drink my coffee and watch the kids play. Now, having that, makes our little slice of country living a dream!

I love hearing these because it helps other people who are still in that “thinking about it” stage too 🏡

One thing I’ve learned in real estate 🤍

When people start thinking about selling, they often feel like they need to fix *everything* before listing.

But the truth is—some things matter way more than others, and some upgrades don’t really give you a return at all.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed just thinking about where to start, you’re definitely not alone.
