The SWLA Home Team has been BUSY...in the best way!

Closing table visits and accepted offers have been rolling this first half of October! We can't wait to finish out the month strong and, most importantly, help our buyers and sellers achieve their goal!

"Thank you" doesn't seem like enough to those that put their trust in us! We appreciate each of you for allowing us to do what we love!

We work hard but play hard, too! Stay tuned for some Halloween shenanigans and fun!! 👻

🚨 RENTAL SCAM ALERT! 🚨

Attention, potential renters! ⚠️ Scammers are taking legitimate For Sale listings and advertising them as fake For Lease listings to trick people into sending money for properties they don’t own or have permission to rent.

🏡 Please be careful before you apply, send money, or pay a deposit!

✔️ Verify that the person advertising the property is authorized to rent it.
✔️ Be suspicious of rental prices that seem too good to be true.
✔️ Never send money before verifying the property and the person you’re dealing with.

Not sure if a rental listing is legitimate? Reach out to me! I’m happy to check it for you and help you avoid becoming a victim of a scam.

Please share this post to help protect others! ❤️🏡

Happy Compass Spirit Day!

Celebrating 14 years of Compass serving homeowners and buyers, helping turn dreams into addresses and making a difference in the lives of so many along the way. ❤️

But for the five of us, Compass means something even more. It’s the place that brought us together, created friendships, and gave us the opportunity to grow, laugh, celebrate, and navigate this business side by side.

14 years of Compass. And we’re so grateful to be part of the journey. Here’s to the people, the homes, the dreams, and everything still ahead!
