Behind every closing is a lot of work that most people never see. Answering questions, coordinating inspections and appraisals, reviewing paperwork, scheduling appointments, communicating with lenders and title companies, negotiating, solving last-minute problems, and making sure everything stays on track.

The goal is simple: make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for my clients.

✅ Fact: Many buyers qualify for loans with much less down.

❌ Myth #2: You need perfect credit to buy a home.
✅ Fact: While a higher credit score can help, there are loan programs available for a range of credit situations.

❌ Myth #3: You should wait for interest rates to drop before buying.
✅ Fact: The “right” time to buy depends on your finances and goals. You can often refinance later if rates come down, but you can’t go back and buy at yesterday’s home prices.
