Whataburger is officially set to open in Lake Charles on Monday, March 4th at 11:00am. They will be located on Country Club Rd, right across from Trinity Baptist church.

Moss Bluff is rumored to be the site of the next location in SWLA. Stay tuned.

We are excited to announce that we have sold a portion of our property on Country Club Rd. in Lake Charles, across from Trinity Baptist Church, to GVCS Inc., a franchisee of Whataburger! Whataburger will return to Lake Charles for the first time in over a decade since leaving the market. We have over three acres remaining for future development near one of the most exciting intersections for development in Lake Charles!

Fiery Crab is Open! Come by Prien Crossing at 339 W. Prien Lake Road on Wednesday June 5th at noon for Fiery Crab's Grand Opening! If you haven't been yet, you need to come out and have some of the best seafood in the city!

We just visited the Fiery Crab site in Lake Charles and things are coming along nicely. The space looks fantastic! They are working through final inspections and should be open soon. We'll share an exact date as soon as we have it!

We're excited to have signed a lease with Lafayette based Fiery Crab in our space at 339 W. Prien Lake Road next to Vitamin Shoppe. Fiery Crab currently has a location in Lafayette and will open soon in Baton Rouge, Houston, and now Lake Charles. Learn more about them at www.fierycrab.com.

We'll soon have some very exciting news about the old Newk's Restaurant space! We are in the final stages of lease negotiations with a new restaurant to our area. Check back for a formal announcement hopefully before the end of the year!
