Congrats to my first time buyer!! This awesome awesome buyer connected with me and had some specific needs! We looked at several and the one she wanted went under contract before we could get our offer in. Then she told me she had been eyeing this home for some time, but it was also under contract. I did the extra work and did some research without her knowing and found out the current deal was probably not going to close. I was able to get the buyer in and we submitted a backup offer then crossed our fingers for a few days. Sure enough, the deal was unable to go forward, and my buyer was able to secure her new home!! And today she got the keys! Enjoy and It was an Honor to work with you!!
