It was such an honor to work with this Navy veteran and his wife to help them purchase their new home, and their former home in Live Oak will be hitting the market very soon. (Homesteaders - keep your eyes open for this one.) Their purchase required some creative realtoring, but we got it done. This transaction was a perfect example of why it’s important to hire a knowledgeable, experienced, and tenacious realtor.

Y’all… I absolute love what I get to do every day as a realtor, and along the way there are some unexpected adventures. This joker just popped back up in my FB memories to taunt me again. I was showing a home with some acreage five years ago today, and I had my back toward this gate. This bo**er snuck up and nudged me from behind. When I jumped and turned, he snatched the papers I was holding right out of my hand. He threw them on the ground and donkey laughed at me - that’s a thing!
