Inspected & protected ☑️ the last thing you should be having to tackle when you move in is a leaky roof, inoperable HVAC, old leaky piping, etc. Don’t skip your home inspection! It’s a fraction of the price than it is to repair these items. Don’t skip!

When your home is being inspected, make sure you choose an inspector that’s happy to run through everything with you. Your home purchase is important and you deserve to understand the systems in your home. We happily run through the inspection with our customers after every inspection. 🤗

Crawlspace? Yep, we inspect them no extra charge! It’s very important to know your pillars are in good shape, not leaning or not in full contact with the beams. Are your tie downs in good shape? Not disconnected or overly corroded. Is your v***r barrier holding up? Or has it been torn down by animals and now your insulation is exposed and hanging? Are your drain lines supported and sloped correctly? Is your duct work properly connected? Many of the issues were looking for in your crawl space!
