🏡✨ Congratulations to our wonderful sellers on the closing of their home in Brooker! 🎉

This marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one. 🌴🏡 Today’s real estate adventure took me to Ormond Beach, Florida! ☀️🌊

I have a home under contract there, and today was inspection day! 🔍🏠 I have to say… the people I worked with today made the trip even better.

The listing agent stopped by to introduce herself and we got to chat for a bit. The septic guy, home inspector, and WDO inspector were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and great to work with. I left seriously impressed with the whole crew!

One of my favorite things about real estate is that it takes me all over Florida and gives me the chance to meet some pretty awesome people along the way. 💙
