Added a little fall to the porches of a few very special people this weekend! 🍂🏡❤️

One of my favorite parts of my Rooted Circle community is being able to give back to the clients, friends, and family who continue to support me and my small business in so many ways. Sharing some of the special transactions that I have been blessed to be a part of this last week! Three closings means that I had the opportunity to serve three separate clients through their real estate goals 🏡❤️

Painesville Home: It has been bittersweet guiding my aunt through the home selling process. The home that held so many memories for my aunt, uncle and cousins is now moving on to its new owners. It was time, though, to downsize and move into something more manageable with no stairs. I am grateful to have supported my aunt through this move! 💕

Mentor Home: I was introduced to the sellers of Seaton Place through one of my good friends who used to live next door. We came up with a game plan to sell their home in an attempt to line it up with the closing of their new construction. I am happy to share that we successfully timed the plan up just perfectly! We even negotiated delayed possession to give them plenty of time to move into their new home without feeling rushed.

Aurora Home: I was able to assist a past client with the purchase of his new home. We sold his home in Chesterland earlier this year and his goal was to purchase in the Aurora/Chagrin Falls area to be closer to his kids and grandkids. We were able to make it happen plus we negotiated some great terms for his new purchase! Wishing you the best in your new home, Mike!
