We are looking for an Operations Manager. An analytical leader who can take initiative by implementing and organizing our business processes.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday US Central Standard Time (Must be willing to work CST)
This is a Full-Time Role.
Responsibilities:
Be able to write and implement SOPs
Create, Implement, Automate and Improve Systems and Processes in various departments in the company.
Intake Forms using JotForm
Client Onboarding
Assist with our Sales CRM GoHighLevel
Meet with clients until we hire a Client Success Manager
Project Management Using ClickUp
Hiring and Training new employees
Oversee the Call Center Operations using existing staff
Ensure that everyone on the team is hitting their KPI's and support/provide them with the resources needed to perform better.
Report to the CEO with any updates, concerns, or challenges.
Take care of problems that might arise and remove Perform other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position
Identify and bottlenecks or challenges and provide a solution
Be solution-focused
Requirements:
2 years work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Social Skills
Detail-oriented & problem-solver
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Knowledgeable in the following applications:
ClickUp - Project/Task Management
GoHighLevel - Sales
