HOW’s THE MARKET??

Here are the August residential reports for DFW, Denton County, Collin C , and Grayson C.

Bottom line:

✴️ Median Price *GROWTH* for Denton County has been steadily declining since about Dec 2024 (Illustration shows year over year… so narrow lense).

✴️ Inventory likely much higher as new construction product not accurately calculated here.

I’m finding “curbside” data to sometimes differ drastically from our illustrated averages/medians here.

✴️ Interest rates remain steady. Possible .25% rate increase at 9/16 Fed Meeting.

✴️ Builders continue to incentivize everything possible.
