There are moments in this business that mean so much more than a real estate transaction.
Today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for lifelong friends who trusted us to help guide them through the sale of their parents’ home after their passing. Being chosen to help during such an emotional chapter is something we never take lightly. The memories, the stories, and the responsibility of honoring a family’s legacy make these transactions truly special.
A huge thank you also goes to Donna Yzabal of Western Pacific Escrow, our amazing escrow officer, who kept everything moving smoothly and professionally from start to finish. She was absolutely outstanding.
Now, I suppose I should also acknowledge one small flaw… Donna and the seller’s husband both attended my rival high school (John F Kennedy HS). 😆 Thankfully, I was able to overlook that minor detail in the interest of getting the job done!
In all seriousness, we’re thankful for the trust, the friendships, and the opportunity to help families navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. It’s a privilege we’ll never take for granted. ❤️
