Join us on Friday & Saturday, August 11 & 12 for a spectacular Farm Dinner at Elawa Farm! Wine, beer, and botanical inspired cocktails from will be included with dinner. The farm dinner will start with cocktails and a garden tour, followed by a multi-course, family-style dinner in the Hay Barn featuring selections from such local farms as , and , as well as fresh produce from our very own garden. Dessert will be served around a bonfire, weather permitting. Alcohol and gratuity are included in ticket price.

A private seating for 8 guests in the Potting Shed is available on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Lake Forest’s finest! Thank you Erik’

We are proud of the relationship we have with our police department. Thank you for recognizing one of our members who went above and beyond. Lt. Erik Kositzki was recently honored at a Lake Forest Police dinner. Here's the full story:

Last November, a resident was struck by a car while walking on Buena Road near his home. Unfortunately, our victim sustained significant injuries, and the offending vehicle fled the area. Police and fire units, including Erik, responded to assist. Later, as he departed the call, he clearly remembered the description of the offending vehicle and kept his eyes open.

Erik spotted a possible suspect vehicle parked in a driveway. He got out to check and observed damage consistent with the type of crash he had just left. He summoned police units to the scene, who were able to identify and arrest the owner. The offender was later charged with a Class 2 felony. Our victim, who is a former police and fire commissioner, has since recovered from his injuries.

We are indebted to Lieutenant Kositizki’s vigilance. He is an outstanding example of the strong tradition of teamwork that exists between our police and fire departments.

Our annual Thanksgiving Market is just around the corner! We’ll have pasture-raised turkeys sourced from . Our Culinary Team will also offer a seasonal menu of Thanksgiving sides and pies to accompany your turkey. Orders must be placed online in advance.
