✨ JUST SOLD × TWO HOMES | BUYER & SELLER REPRESENTATION ✨
This story involves two homes and one very special journey.
What started as a great friendship slowly blossomed into a dream they never thought they’d actually step into—until everything aligned. Over time, it was casual showings here and there. Following signs. Signs from family. Signs from the universe. Signs from above. And then… this home. Suddenly, every piece fell into place. When it clicks, it really clicks.
I was honored to represent the buyers on the purchase of their dream home in the neighborhood they wanted to stay in—successfully negotiating over $100,000 off the purchase price, plus a few extra wins to top it off. A true team effort, with family playing a big role in making it all happen. Sometimes things are just meant to be. 🤍
The original plan was to rent out their current home, but due to unforeseen circumstances, that plan shifted quickly. While they were actively moving into their new home, it became clear they needed to sell—and we had to act fast. I then represented them as sellers, and despite the tight timeline, we listed quickly, went Coming Soon for a short time, and received multiple offers in one day. The result? An offer well over asking, above appraisal, and a fast close.
Two homes. One smooth transition. And some very happy buyers and sellers.
And a final note that truly matters: it always matters who you work with. The lender we worked with, AND The agents on the other side of both transactions—representing both buyers and sellers—were an absolute dream to work with.
