On Tuesday, October 20th, my friend Susan Stivers and I, along with South OC volunteers, are hosting a South OC Happy Hour Meet & Greet Fundraiser with Michael Gates, candidate for California Attorney General, in Ladera Ranch.

Nothing stuffy. Just a chance to get together, meet Michael in person, ask questions, and hear directly from him about his campaign.

I really hope you read this, especially if you think billionaires owe you something. 😉

Because Prop 40 gets a whole lot more interesting once you stop focusing on the word billionaire and actually read the 35 pages.

Why does a “one time” Bill need 35 pages..

Concerns
• The State determines what your assets are worth before they are sold 😳
• That “one-time” tax includes provisions reaching back to 2025 and 10 years audits
• And Props 41, 42 and 43 suddenly make a whole lot more sense when you understand how abusive this bill is.

I went down the rabbit hole so you don’t have to... although this time, you really should.

Portola is about to get 17 new homeowners 🤔

Where did they come from? When we last looked at July real estate market we saw a heavy load of active properties sitting on the market..

Good to see 17 went under see contract 🙌🏻 after sitting for about 17 days.. What’s interesting was that wait interest rates… seems to be more summer distractions because rates are actually up 🤔

On the sales side, there 3 closed sales and what is interesting about these is they were only on the market for 6 days..

Why did they sell so fast compared to the rest.. Price and listing date..

If you are considering a move, let’s review where the market is and how it can benefit you today..

And buyers.. looking for opportunities, it’s sitting in those homes sitting on the market. Let’s negotiate one for you ☺️
