Because of our size and experience, we can guarantee you timely, professional service at an affordable price. We do not manage your property from behind a desk; instead we frequent our properties on a daily basis to insure they are properly maintained and that needed repairs and maintenance work is completed. Lakes Property Management was started by Mark and Eileen Southwick, who are second-generation homeowners residing in Lake Geneva for over 20 years. Prior to coming to Wisconsin, Mark served in the United States Air Force, while retiring at the grade of Colonel after serving 20 years of service. Their many stops working in the Air Force left them with over 13 properties located throughout the United States in which they used as rental properties. Starting a property management business came naturally. Ryan and Naomi Southwick joined Lakes Property Management in the summer of 2005. Ryan, a professional mechanical engineer, spent 10 years in the manufacturing field, servicing the medical and electronics companies. Naomi spent 10 years in the business-marketing field. Together they have 3 children: Stella, Scarlett and Lorelei. In 2007, Ryan obtained his Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License to add brokerage services to the offerings for Lakes Property Management clients. It is because of the Southwick’s honesty, integrity, and knowledge; along with their philosophy "to strive to manage the property as if it was their own" that has made Lakes Property Management a growing, successful, and trusted company.
