If you didn't hear about this last year, I organized a Twin Lakes Village Wide Rummage Sale. All you have to do is sign up, and I will bring by 3 signs for each home to put up, I will put even more signs all up and down Lake Avenue and Main Street. I will create an interactive Google Map that shoppers can pull and plan their shopping route. I will promote the event on all of the local pages and Marketplace and you are free to share to all of your groups too! Everyone had a GREAT Time last year when over 40 homes participated! Randall, Wheatland, Powers Lake and parts of Genoa City are welcome! Basically, if you're East of the 12 and South of 50 you made the cut!

It made me feel so good that the sign just went up and I had to go get an “Under Contract” Rider as soon as it went up! This one received an offer within 12 hours of being listed and sold for over list price!
