Problem solved! Our client had a problematic property containing drastic slopes and pitches that created flooding issues, run off, erosion and growing grass almost impossible. Installation of drains will alleviate the flooding issue. We created retaining walls that would further help with erosion issues while adding interest and beauty. The entire property has now received a healthy coating of nutrient rich top soil and seed. There will a beautiful lush lawn in just a few weeks.

Removal of dead bushes. Installation of split rail fence and a ton of deer resistant perennials. Offering continued color and interest. Once they start to flower it will be spectacular. Back yard features new PVC fencing along with raised nicolock bed.
