🎄It’s the holiday season, and we seem to be slowing down both on quantity and price!

🗓️ This time last month, we had 429 SFRs on the market with 186 homes listed between $200k - $550k. This month we have 407 homes with 209 homes in that same price range!

✅ You can still list your home in this market! However, you have to listen to your agent about pricing. Avg. Days on Market is 50! Several factors play into this, but PRICE is the major one.

💲 Price your home correctly for a quicker sale! That doesn’t mean you’ll lose money!

🏠 Homes, prices, and Days on Market took a slight dip over the last week! Don’t read too much into this. It’s the Holidays. Many folks like to wait until after the Holidays before they start stressing about listing their homes.

📈 Rates are still playing on a see-saw, so timing is everything!

👀 Here are some Market Stats as of yesterday, for your reading enjoyment :) There are currently 635 houses on the market in Lake Havasu City. 40 of them are Foreclosures, and 32 of them are Short Sales. The current median sales price is $164,000.
