Julie.... like most of us "Havasuians", came from Southern California. Julie was born and raised in Newport Beach, California. She moved to Lake Havasu City back in 1994 after she decided to get out of all the "Hustle and Bustle" in Cali and raise her 3 children in a small town environment. Julie became a business owner here in Havasu, and gladly raised her 3 children here! (All whom have grown up

to into wonderful and successful young adults!)

As a little girl, Julie became a "River Rat". Her family built a home along the Colorado River in Parker, AZ and she vacationed there every summer which grew her love for the area. She is so proud and happy to call Lake Havasu City her "HOME" and finds so much enjoyment in helping others "Live The Dream" here also. Julie is known for her friendly and approachable demeanor which makes her a pleasure to work with in this field! She is full of energy, hard working, type "A" personality (which in this business is great, very detail oriented), and has an fabulous reputation for outstanding client service, high tech marketing techniques and adds her personal touches as a skilled negotiator with her clients best interest at heart. She believes strongly that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight so that her clients make the best decision possible! When Julie is not helping others "Live The Dream" she enjoys boating, boat races, hiking, cooking, volleyball, traveling and is a big time animal lover.
