After just my first visit in October 2020, I decided it's a change I needed and a place I wanted to be. The city itself is wonderful but the main attraction to me was the climate. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors and spend much of my time hiking, fishing, boating, camping, shooting and hunting. Having spent much of my working life in the construction industry I have learned most aspects of h

Grateful for the opportunity to help not one but two great clients who were looking for a home to enjoy retirement.

My great buyer in Bouse, it has been a long journey. We looked at our first home in January 2023, fast forward to June 2024, we go under contract, difficulty with the lender lead to an escrow that lasted 6 months before we had to cancel. April 2025 rolled around and we decided to try again but I was representing him as a lender & realtor. We came out of underwriting with an approval the same day we submitted and closed on time!

For my buyers in Kingman, they’ve been living in their RV for almost 2 years since retiring while looking for the right area to retire in and save the necessary funds to purchase a home. After having to cancel escrow 2 times, we were able to work through all the struggles and get them fully approved and into a home of their own just before another summer in their RV.

To say it was a good weekend is an understatement.

I am beyond thankful for the opportunities I've recently had!

I was able to help a buyer get the keys to their vacation home in Bullhead City

After a few months working together, I helped a buyer reach an accepted offer on their first home in Bullhead City
