I’m sure some of you have seen this “new mortgage few structure” I’m guilty of getting pretty pi**ed about it also. But we gotta remember not to just believe what the media is pushing down our throats. I’m not telling you to believe what I’m posting but please talk to your trusted lender/mortgage broker to understand this more.
If you don’t have someone you trust in the industry, reach out to me and I can give you a few contacts that I know and trust.
It boils down to borrowers with better credit are still getting a better deal on their mortgage. Please DO NOT tank your credit score thinking it’s gonna help you right now. And DO NOT give up the home search bc you think you’re going to get hit with these extra fees if you buy.
