Yes, the market right now is tough, but it’s only made worse by realtors that are not sharing a realistic picture with their clients. There are two other similar homes in this neighborhood listed for 20-25k more. Both have been on the market 50+ days!

Eventually they will have to come to reality, drop their prices, and now the owner has lost the time, the maintenance in between, and negotiation power.

The right time to buy or sell your home is when you are ready. The market is going to move without your control and each peak and valley comes with its own complications.

I started working with Tyler in March of 2021 looking for his home.

We closed that journey yesterday! It isn’t about how long it takes, it’s about the client being happy with the home.

When that client is a good friend it means that much more to me.

Even with interest rates higher, I was able to get Tyler and Diem into a loan program for first responders that dropped their down payment and eliminated their PMI! Which made this home possible for them.

So blessed to continue helping others find homes for their families!

Brad was getting out of the Navy up in Washington when he was referred to me by my good friend Chris Cox (who I also helped find a home).

None of this process was easy or simple, but I worked with Brad fully remotely to find a great home and get it under contract with good terms for his family.

It’s not always simple, but I work hard for people to make it happen regardless.

No, because I love finding people their homes. It should be an enjoyable experience, and my job is to eliminate as much stress as possible from the entire deal.

But also yes, because sometimes I show up in shorts and a T-shirt for my friends 🤣
