Just a note on Home Owners insurance,
State Farms and Alstate not writing insurance in California on New construction. Who’s next, Calif Fair is the only game in town in high fire areas.
If your buying a home the first thing you will want to investigate is how much covering the Home will be, in some cases your insurance is higher than your Real Estate Taxes🫣so add another $300 to $500 per month to your Principal, Interest and Taxes. Being a home owner is getting harder in California. Just food for thought.
