Summit Homes and clover & hive are now one company: Summit Homes. We've learned from clover & hive that home shoppers want an easy, affordable and seamless home-buying experience. Summit Homes shoppers have taught us that having an expert Designer, Community Manager, and Project Manager by your side throughout the process makes for a great customer experience. We also recognize that the needs of our home shoppers are changing. Home shoppers seek high-quality homes built to last with sustainability features that save them money on their energy bills. Achieving homeownership is more challenging than ever before. As the largest homebuilder in Kansas City, we are committed to reversing this trend. When home shoppers visit a Summit Homes community, they will get a whole new experience. Our Community Managers will walk shoppers through the entire process from the model home retail space. Once you choose a homesite and homeplan, you'll get to design your home by choosing from Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3. Another commitment we've made is not to spend our customer's money. Our three series allow buyers the flexibility of building a beautiful home while staying on budget. Our design team carefully curated our design packages using today's trends, consumer focus groups, market studies, and years of selections made by Summit Homes and clover & hive home buyers. We are confident in our new design packages and know you'll find something you love. With new home plans and prices starting at the low $300,000s, we can offer housing solutions to more people in the Kansas City metro area. This is just the beginning of our new Summit Homes era. They made my day & week!! The card was a thank you for the little things because they are big things to them! It's so true! SO many little things in this job & so grateful to be appreciated! 🤗 And to be reminded to not get wrapped up & overwhelmed by all of the little tasks but remember this is families and individuals future homes and dreams! 🏡
