Think you need a perfect credit score to buy a home? Not true! ✅

While higher scores may get you better rates, many loan programs accept a range of credit scores. Plus, lenders often help you find ways to improve your score before applying.

You’ll hear these terms a lot in real estate, but what do they actually mean—and why do they matter? 🤔

👉 Buyer’s Market – There are more homes for sale than buyers. This usually means more options, lower prices, and stronger negotiating power for buyers.
👉 Seller’s Market – There are less homes available than buyers. Homes tend to sell quickly, prices can rise, and sellers hold the advantage.

Here’s why this matters: the type of market you’re in can completely change your strategy. From how you price a home, to what kind of offer you make, timing and approach matter.

That’s where working with an expert comes in. Having someone who understands local market trends means you can make smart, confident decisions—no matter which side of the table you’re on. 🏡✨

Would you rather navigate today’s market as a buyer or a seller?
