Suneet Agarwal didn’t take the stage for a formal presentation at Reside at the Ranch, but his presence was felt throughout the entire day.
As President of Reside, Suneet spent the day doing what he does best: bringing the right people together, asking the right questions, creating space for honest conversations, and making sure the room stayed focused on what actually matters.
From the very beginning, he set the tone for what the day was supposed to be.
Less guru talking at you from the stage and more of what this truly is...a mastermind.
The day wasn’t about sitting quietly and listening to one person talk. It was about learning from each other, sharing what’s working, talking openly about what isn’t, celebrating the wins, and giving leaders the opportunity to connect with people who understand the challenges they’re facing.
Suneet guided those conversations all day, introduced each speaker, helped pull out the bigger lessons behind their stories, celebrated the accomplishments happening across the Reside community, and kept bringing everything back to growth.
He also reminded the room that some of the most valuable moments at events like this happen outside of the presentations.
“The best part of these events is the conversations I hear happening at that table.”
That’s a big part of what we continue to build at Reside.
Not just coaching. Not just content. A community of leaders who can get in the same room, learn from one another, challenge each other, and leave better than they came.
Reside at the Ranch was a pretty great example of what happens when top leaders across North America are all one room.
