When a restaurant grows its own micro-cilantro on a living herb wall inside the dining room… you know you're somewhere special. 🌿

JJ's Scratch Cocina delivered from start to finish. Mini arepas with house-grown micro-cilantro and feta to start — compliments of Chef Jean Pierre and Jaime. Then the Earth n' Herbs appetizer: falafel, beet hummus with pomegranate seeds, tabouli, and pita. Just wow. 🙌 Stuffed arepas with beef and pulled chicken absolutely worth the wait. And the desserts? We ordered all of them. 😄 The crème brûlée served inside a real coconut shell — inspired by the islands of Tulum, arriving with cold smoke — was pure magic. 🍫🥥

Years ago, Fernando received an offer from a well-known hotel in Orlando. We had just returned from a glorious 3-week vacation through Europe — something I once believed I would never experience because of my own limiting beliefs. Around that same time, my mom's health was declining, and I knew deep in my heart I needed to be closer to her.

That's when Fernando looked at me and said: "You should become a Realtor."

After 25+ years in oral surgery and dental implants, I took a leap of faith and completely shifted careers. Then came March 2020. COVID hit. The world shut down. Fernando was furloughed. Real estate paused. Fear was everywhere.
I remember a broker, Christopher Nutt, telling me: "Vivian, I've been doing this for 30 years. Real estate has peaks and valleys… and we are about to enter a valley. But I recognize talent. Hang in there. You are going to be successful."

I never forgot those words. 🙏
