Dan’s goals in life, in business, and in each class, simply stated is to help make positive changes in the lives of others. Originally from South Jersey, Dan Lopez has been actively involved in Florida real estate since June 2000. He is a Board Certified Broker and Owner of Legends Realty, a full-service Central Florida real estate sales and property management firm known for delivering outstandin
g service, clear communication, and consistent results—all while fostering a culture of success, friendship, and teamwork. Dan proudly serves on the faculty of Florida REALTORS®, where he teaches Continuing Education (CE) and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) courses both online and in-person throughout the state. His classes include topics such as the Code of Ethics, Real Estate Law, and the Florida REALTORS®/Florida Bar Contract, with a focus on empowering REALTORS® and elevating the profession. A strong advocate for the real estate industry, Dan has served on the Board of Directors and multiple committees for the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), Florida REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. A longtime supporter of private property rights, Dan is a Hall of Fame Major Donor to the Florida REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). He also previously served as a board member of the Orlando Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is a past Chair of the Seminole County Planning and Zoning Board, a current member of the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Lake Mary, and a board member of two impactful nonprofit organizations: PBAS (Private Business Association of Seminole County) and Central Florida Home for Good, which is dedicated to ending homelessness and promoting safe, stable, and affordable housing across the region. In every class he teaches and every professional endeavor, Dan’s goal is simple: to create positive, lasting change in the lives of others.
