🚨 New First Time Home Buyers!! I just had the joy of helping some very special clients close on their first home, who also happen to be my cousins. Not too long ago, we sat in a coffee shop dreaming about maybe next year. And today, here we are, keys in hand. It’s incredible to see young adults step into homeownership with such confidence, and I have to give a big shoutout to their parents. They guided, taught, and set a strong example. That kind of foundation shows. As a realtor, it’s always an honor to serve my community, but when family and close friends put their trust in me, it’s deeply humbling.
