High School, Brittany obtained her

We’re feeling incredibly grateful and humbled as we close out July with 8 meaningful closings between two hardworking Realtors Wendi Moldthan & Brittany Zapitz 🙏🏼💼. Honestly, We don't post every closing or milestone but when the month was such a blessing we couldn't not share the good news this summer. Also only one of these homes were listed active on the MLS they were added for sold data only after closing.

💼 New Week. Fresh Start. Hard Lessons.

Last week was, without a doubt, one of the most challenging my team & I faced in our 25 years of real estate experience.

We were thrilled to help one of our sellers go under contract and secure their next dream home. But everything changed when the title commitment came back. What we discovered? An unexpected $55,000 subordinate lien from a COVID relief loan modification—one that the sellers had no idea existed.

Before COVID, their mortgage was $160,000 at 3.85%. After losing income and missing 7 payments, they entered into a loan modification—without professional guidance. That decision raised their balance to $175,000 with a 7.25% interest rate, increasing their monthly payment by $700. Then came the hidden lien from HUD, quietly attached during the process.

💔 It was heartbreaking.
📚 It was eye-opening.
🙏 It was a reminder of why working with an experienced team truly matters.

We took the weekend to regroup and reset, and today, we step into this new week with more clarity, determination, and purpose.

HELLO 1st month of 2025🎉 Grateful for a busy January and for all the buyers and sellers who’ve trusted me to guide them through their real estate goals.

It’s stories like this that remind me why I love what I do…
Today, a seller called to thank me for helping him completely turn around his financial situation. He was on the brink of foreclosure, but I was able to assist him in avoiding it. Not only did he avoid the foreclosure sale, but he also netted fair market value for his home. He shared how happy he was to have connected with me instead of signing his deed over to an investor trying to do a “Subject to Deed Transfer.”

Now, he’s settled in his new place and told me, “I woke up today feeling so grateful and happy for the first time in a long time.”

It’s moments like these that remind me I’m exactly where I’m meant to be—helping people with real estate and making a real difference in their lives.
