Two years of growth, momentum, and building something bigger.

We’re celebrating Claire’s second anniversary with The Strata Group, and what an incredible two years it has been.

Since joining the team, Claire has continued to grow her business, expand what she believes is possible for herself and family, and become such an important part of the culture we’re building here. Her work ethic, gratitude, and commitment to growth continue to make Strata a better place.

In reflecting on her anniversary, Claire recognized so many of the coaches, leaders, coordinators, support staff, and behind-the-scenes team members who have contributed to her journey. That says so much about both Claire and what we believe a real estate team should be: talented agents pursuing big goals, supported by an entire organization that is invested in helping them succeed.
