A piece of Kissimmee history just changed hands. 🎡 Old Town has officially been sold — about $24.5 million, to a local Florida family, Todd and Radha Rambilas. The deal closed September 16th and covers over 23 acres along 192, with more than 70 shops, restaurants, and attractions. If you're not familiar, Old Town's been a Kissimmee staple since 1986 — the brick-lined district, the Ferris wheel, the weekly classic car shows. The big question: is anything changing? According to the new owners, no. The car shows are staying, the businesses are staying, and they say they want to protect that nostalgic feel. They even said the purchase is personal, since they live and raise their families right here in Central Florida.
