Alex Powers and I had a full content day ahead of us, so naturally we decided step one was a little fresh hair and business love for our newest neighbor, BLO Blow Dry Bar!

They just opened right here in Lake Mary in the same shopping center as the KGV office, and I am already VERY into this arrangement. 😂 We popped in for fresh blowouts + styling and walked out officially ready to conquer the day.

Summer is officially over as of today, and I have to give her the proper goodbye because summer is MY season. ☀️

I thrive in the sunshine, the long days, the chaos, the adventures, the yes-we-can-fit-one-more-thing-in energy of it all. And this summer? We truly could not have squeezed another minute out of it.

We traveled. We played a LOT of softball. We worked. We celebrated. We made memories. We stayed up too late and woke up too early. We said yes to the fun stuff. And somewhere in between all of it, I turned 40 and watched my girls grow up just a little bit more.

And somehow, in the middle of ALL of that, this was also one of my most successful summers ever in business. Which, when I actually stop and think about everything we balanced over the last few months, is kind of insane.

I am so incredibly thankful for every client who trusted me with a move, a sale, a purchase, an investment, or a big life change during such a busy season. I never take that trust lightly. I get to do a job I genuinely love while also getting to show up for a life I love, and this summer was such a reminder of how grateful I am for both.

It was a summer I know I’ll remember forever.

Some closings happen fast. Others take a little more strategy, patience, and creativity to get all the pieces to line up just right.

This one came with solar panels, some unique timing considerations, and sellers who knew exactly what they needed from the sale. We were able to put together a plan that worked for everyone, navigate the details, and ultimately get them exactly where they needed to be.

“It must be nice to go to Disney all the time.”

It is. 😂

I had a conversation this morning with a family who recently moved to Central Florida, and it reminded me just how special it is that this is our normal.

Disney is woven into so much of life here. A random afternoon at the parks. Dinner at Disney Springs. Fireworks on a Tuesday. And sometimes when something is part of your everyday life, you forget just how cool it really is.

So today, I’m not taking it for granted. I feel pretty lucky to live in one of the coolest places in the world, and even luckier that my job gives me the opportunity to help other families make living close to the magic their normal, too. ✨

It must be nice.

Well, that didn’t take long! 🏡

Just THREE short days on the market, two incredibly successful open houses, and this super cute Deltona home is officially TAKEN!

We priced it right, got a ton of eyes on it, and found the buyer who gets to call this cutie HOME. My sellers are moving forward, the buyer is moving forward, and everybody is happy. That’s my favorite kind of ending. 🙌🏻
