To infinity and beyond… and into the air conditioning. ☀️🍿

Our Toy Story 5 Theater Takeover was everything a summer movie day should be. Kids got to pick their favorite character from Andy’s toy boxes before finding their seats, trade friendship bracelets, load up on snacks, and enjoy a little Disney magic with friends.

From Woody and Buzz to Jessie, Bullseye, Zurg, and the aliens, everyone had a favorite. More importantly, everyone made memories.

Thank you to all the families who joined us for an afternoon of fun, friendship, and adventure. These are the moments that make summer special.

Happy Friday and congratulations to my sweet buyer on closing on her new home in Winter Springs! 🏡✨

Some transactions seem to fall perfectly into place, and this was one of them. Everything came together quickly, smoothly, and right on schedule. Watching her excitement throughout the process was such a reminder of why I love what I do.

I wasn’t able to make it to closing yesterday because I was hosting our Toy Story theater takeover, but she was in great hands with Ann, and I know she appreciated having him there to celebrate this exciting milestone.
