Started off the New Year with a big double real estate closing for my clients ! 🙌🏡💸🏡🔥🔥🔥 I was able to get their first starter home under contract in less than a week on the market out in Statesville & got them under contract on their dream home in Mooresville even with their contingency ! 💪😎 We had quite the journey through BOTH deals, negotiating repairs, scheduling inspections around the Chritmas holidays , & the appraisal on their new house came back $22,000 LOW ! 🫣 Most agents would not be able to save that deal from imploding but I got on the phone ASAP with my trusted preferred lender David Taylor ! He sent out his loan checklist to my buyer ASAP and swapped him over from his previous lender , we rush ordered a 2nd appraisal, it came $15,000 low ! Still a punch in the gut but MUCH better appraisal result ! From there I was able to negotiate the sellers reducing $15k to save the entire deal, save my clients deposit & inspection monies, and not leave my clients homeless from their previous house which was on schedule to close ! 💪😅
It really does matter who you choose to work with in the real estate market ! Choosing the right agent & lender can make all the difference in your home buying/selling experience !
