What if you could buy a home for less than your average first month's rent and security deposit?
That is exactly what my client, Jamie, just did. He came to me through Realtor.com with a lot of questions and no pre-approval. After I connected him with one of my trusted lenders, Steve Strobel, Jamie qualified for a no down payment, no PMI program.
We sat down, studied the market, and started touring homes. Within a couple months, we found a beautiful home that had already been reduced in price from $250,000 to $170,000.
