We had some good offers to choose from and I went back to the buyers and asked for more. And got it. It’s still a great time to sell. Some listings are sitting a little longer but if the agent has a good system to follow and knows what they are doing, they can go fast. Now the work begins. Have to get it to the closing table….

Since I started in real estate in 2018 I have heard people say they will wait until the market crashes and then they will buy. Every year since I’ve been in real estate, prices have gone up and that trend should continue. We are no where near the situation we were in back in 2008. If you’re waiting for prices to drop you may miss out. There still isn’t enough inventory out here. That will get worse when interest rates drop even more and many buyers who paused will get back into the house hunt. Like most things prices are based on supply and demand. If you’re thinking about buying, let me know. We can find out where you stand when it comes to buying a house and I can explain the process to you and see if you want to give it a shot.
