A bucket list trip I never knew I needed. I’m still reeling from an incredible trip to Esnagi Lake and the vast wilderness of Northern Ontario. I’m so grateful to have had this experience! It was unlike anything I’ve ever done before.

Our stay at The Northern Way ‣ Fishing Lodge was incredible! The views, the great service, and the fantastic meals provided at the lodge made the whole trip feel five-star!

I’ll be 38 this week, and this trip holds so many “firsts” for me
🇨🇦My first time truly seeing Canada.
🌎My first time using my passport.
🚂 My first time traveling by train.
🎣 My first time fishing for—and catching—trophy-sized walleye and pike in a pristine, untouched lake.
🌲My first time experiencing this kind of rugged wilderness.
🌅My first time completely unplugging from work for almost a week.

All these first, will not be my last! 🩷

It’s not just your average week day when you’re closing on a house! How exciting!! Whether it’s your first home, an upgrade, a restart or maybe downsizing, each move is a huge deal! My goal is to make the whole process as easy as possible for you! Sometimes that’s easier said than done, but in this case it was as smooth as butter. I love when everyone can work together, communicate well and compromise to get to the finish line ahead of schedule!

Happy National Dog Day! Meet my Penny Girl! 🩷

I brought her home a few weeks ago. We celebrated her first birthday the same week that marked one year since I had to say goodbye to my Charlie boy.

She’s spunky, snuggly, stubborn and smart as heck. For the first few days, she played games with me, grabbing the remote or something off my dresser. She wouldn’t even chew on things, just wanted to get my attention. So, we’ve been figuring out how to get along. As long as she gets her daily walk she’s a happy girl!

She loves boat rides and really loves playing in the water. She’s great with the girls & loves other dogs. She’s going to be a really good girl! Thanks to my Aunt Lisa for matching us up 🫶🏻

Buying a home is a huge deal, but there’s something extra special about buying your first home.

It’s scary, exciting, and emotionally exhausting—especially in some of these extremely competitive, high-demand markets. There are moments when you wonder if it’s ever going to happen, but then…it does.

There’s just nothing like that first time. Getting the keys to your home, having your favorite people help move you in, ordering takeout, living out of boxes for a little while, meeting new neighbors, and slowly settling into a place that’s finally yours. Those are the moments that leave a lifelong impression.

In the end, it’s so worth it. I’ll never stop preaching that. Buy a home, make smart upgrades, make it your own, and let it work for you. Don’t give up on your dream of becoming a homeowner!

I’m SO proud of this first-time buyer! I’ve known her since she was basically a toddler, so helping her purchase her first home is incredibly heartwarming.

Don’t rush the process…

When the first house my client had under contract fell through, we didn’t lose hope! And when others had multiple offers, up above asking price, we didn’t lose hope!
And when it felt like there was nothing out there in the right price range & location, we didn’t lose hope! Because the right home will always work out in the end!

Buying a home is a literal rollercoaster but it’s like most things in life, you can’t rush the process, good things take time!

This one worked out better in the end & I’m so happy for my buyer! Thank you so much for trusting in me to guide you through buying and selling a home!

10 years ago a client referred this sweet, young couple to me for help with buying their first home in Holly! It’s crazy how fast time can fly by, they raised a baby and made countless updates to their home! 🏡

When they reached out to me this year to help them sell, I was honored they trusted in me again! All those updates they did paid off for them and made for a super smooth sale! Closing a chapter like this is always bittersweet but I’m so excited to see where their next chapter takes them!!
