Behzad Zargaran Javaher at Premiere Property Group After working over 10 years in real estate business, I would say the best part of being a real estate agent is seeing a client happiness. My mission is service.

This feeling is indescribable. I wake up every day wanting to add value to other people’s lives. That could be in a small way, by striking up a conversation and lending an ear. Or it could be helping someone find the home of their dreams. I’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, and real estate. The common thread is creating a sense of community and real connections through compassion

. I’ve lived in Portland for 7 years and currently reside in Lake Oswego with my fiancé. Before that, I grew up and lived in Iran. There, I was an entrepreneur and a real estate agent for 10 years in rental, commercial, and residential properties. While that market is different, the intention is the same: I listen, serve and deliver. And that’s what I plan to do here at the REMAX Equity Group's Lake Oswego office, where I recently joined their talented team. Outside of the office, I love building things, hosting dinner parties, and I’m learning how to play the violin

My little big man you just turned 4.

Watching you grow over these past four years has been the most beautiful gift of my life. You have been my reason to keep going, to stay hopeful, and to always look forward.

I am so proud of the amazing little person you are becoming. The way you care about others, share your kindness, and help other kids already says so much about your heart. I love seeing how social and loving you are, how naturally you connect with people, and how thoughtful you are about not bothering others.

Every day with you is a blessing, and being your father is the greatest joy of my life.

Big congratulations to Saeed on this amazing achievement! I’ve known him since before he moved to Portland from Iran, and I’ve watched him work hard over the past five years to turn his dream into reality in the land of opportunity.
Today, he successfully closed on his first home—a huge milestone. I’m sure this is just the beginning, and we’ll see many more accomplishments from him.

Today, I was honored to meet many people from different countries and cultures and beliefs got together to protest against new era dictatorship in the US. You could see they were mad but respectful and standing and chanting in peace. They all ask one thing, respect what made America great. Yes, they were asking for freedom, respect, and obey the US constitution. I doubt Trump and his allies hear these people or care about it, but it is just a start.

Last night, we lost Bruce, my father in law. After fighting about nine months now, he is in peace. In four years knowing him, which is not long enough, I can tell you how much he loved his family and his friends. He was a man who was grateful for the life he lived. He was so wise and optimistic and very respected by everyone around. We are going to miss you, Bruce, and you will always be with us. Love you and rest in peace.
