Not all transactions are created equal- I knew that coming into this business. I also knew it was not for the faint of heart. Mental toughness and problem solving is something I have been able to learn over the years from competing and having to over come unforeseen challenges. Just like training for any race, planning and preparation for one of life’s biggest moments (selling or buying a house) has just as much planning, preparation, and contingencies involved. Although there were different plans for this listing, we made it to the end, and achieved an amazing outcome. My consistency through this all- positivity! Consistency is key and I will continue to work hard and always give 100% to my clients because I love what I do. With that said…this was my most recent (real estate) marathon. Not a sprint but a long endurance challenge- one that I was willing to take. Proper pacing, resilience, and persistence to overcome challenges that tested me as an agent. I am thoroughly embracing lessons learned, grateful for new friendships through this process, and over the moon for the new owners of this house. My sellers were able to move onto the next stages in their life which was the ultimate win for me. Everything happens in its own time, I’ve learned to trust the process, and continue to be SO GRATEFUL ❤️ positivitywins
